FREE DIRT
Super fun original rock 'n' roll music from Madison, WI. A superb group of guys too

LOUKA
I have always loved Louka's songs and this album is exceptionally well done

I feel kinda bad cuz Blake has done so much meaningful work but I'm still completely hung up on this album

DOGSBLOOD
I've been friends with Brandon for a long time now and he's had a hell of a career all up and down the hardcore scene. This Madison supergroup marks the pinnacle

MOJO RADIO
Man I miss these guys - worked a bunch of shows for JP. I'll never forget Ted Nugent's display of guns and Gibsons at the Capital Theater!

OSSUARY
I don't usually listen to death metal. Ossuary is the exception. Their sound is fantastic

BEREFT
The consistently best sounding heavy music band I've seen. Again, not a metal guy, but these cats had a serious presence and were dialed as fuck

THE MAGICAL MYSTICAL
BRUCE WASSERSTROM
This cat's one to watch for sure... Bruce always has at least three things going and something else in development. Check out his Broadjam page to hear Cold Fusion and the Groovebusters or check out his Facebook if you want to know A LOT more about the scene

STORYHILL
The album that really started me down this path was probably Neil Young's "After The Gold Rush." Then, it was Storyhill who showed me what path I was actually on, and taught me how to navigate it. "Echoes" is my desert island record

One of the most important bands out there currently, hands down. Committed to education about the mass destruction brought about by European colonialism and justice in the aftermath
